Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales Management Drive and monitor daily sales performance through our e-commerce platform. Track product performance, promotions, and conversion rates. Plan and execute online sales campaigns, festive offers, and flash sales. Coordinate with marketing to align promotional efforts with sales goals. Customer Engagement & Support Respond promptly to customer queries on website chat, WhatsApp, email, and social media. Guide customers in their purchase journey — from product selection to checkout. Handle order issues, returns, and complaints with a customer-first approach. Maintain a warm, professional tone in all customer communications. Product & Website Management Collaborate with the content and product teams to keep listings updated with accurate photos, descriptions, and stock status. Flag website bugs, glitches, or user experience issues to the tech team. Suggest new features or changes to improve conversion and user satisfaction. Analytics & Reporting Maintain dashboards for sales, traffic, and customer behavior. Generate weekly and monthly reports for senior management on online performance. Use insights to identify bestsellers, trends, and gaps in the product portfolio. Key Skills Required: E-commerce sales strategy & execution Excellent written and verbal communication Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities Basic knowledge of online marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Email Campaigns) Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Knowledge of Indian ethnic wear and customer preferences is a bonus
