Manage all accounting operations including general ledger, inventory accounting, cost accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations. Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports and statements. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Oversee costing and inventory valuation, ensuring accurate tracking of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards. Coordinate audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations to auditors. Assist in budget preparation and monitor financial performance against the budget. Work closely with production and procurement teams to align financial data with operational activities. Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring continuous development and accuracy in financial reporting.

Sales & Revenue Generation Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Implement strategies to increase footfall and average transaction value. Track and report KPIs like conversion rate, UPT, ATV, etc. Customer Experience Ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction. Handle escalations, feedback, and complaints with professionalism. Train staff in customer engagement, upselling, and cross-selling techniques. Team Leadership Recruit, train, and manage store staff. Schedule shifts and allocate duties to optimize productivity. Motivate and appraise team performance; handle conflict resolution. Store Operations Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening/closing procedures. Ensure smooth billing, inventory, and cash management. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards. Inventory & Stock Management Monitor stock levels, replenishments, and shrinkage. Coordinate with warehouse and purchase team for timely deliveries. Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts. Visual Merchandising Ensure displays are attractive, organized, and seasonally relevant. Follow brand guidelines for signage, placement, and aesthetics. Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards. Maintain proper documentation including attendance, sales reports, stock logs. Marketing & Promotions Execute in-store marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Collaborate with marketing teams for local events, influencer visits, etc. Reporting & Analysis Prepare daily sales reports, expense statements, and feedback logs. Use data insights to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.

Product & Website Management Collaborate with the content and product teams to keep listings updated with accurate photos, descriptions, and stock status. Flag website bugs, glitches, or user experience issues to the tech team. Suggest new features or changes to improve conversion and user satisfaction. Analytics & Reporting Maintain dashboards for sales, traffic, and customer behavior. Generate weekly and monthly reports for senior management on online performance. Use insights to identify bestsellers, trends, and gaps in the product portfolio. Key Skills Required: E-commerce sales strategy & execution Excellent written and verbal communication Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities Basic knowledge of online marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Email Campaigns) Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Knowledge of Indian ethnic wear and customer preferences is a bonus
