E-Commerce Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical E-commerce Manager to manage and optimize our paid marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Google Ads, lead-generation strategies, and performance-driven marketing. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective digital ad strategies that drive quality traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROI.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation

• Create, manage, and optimize campaigns focused on high-quality lead generation.
• Identify new opportunities to increase lead volume and improve conversions.

Google Ads Management

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google AdWords / Google Ads campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation.
• Manage bidding strategies and monitor cost efficiency.

Strategy & Collaboration

• Work with the marketing team to develop data-driven SEM strategies.
• Provide suggestions for landing page enhancements and funnel improvements.

Performance Monitoring

• Track daily campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI.
• Analyze data to identify trends and implement optimization strategies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Market & Industry Research

• Stay updated with the latest trends in SEM, PPC, digital marketing tools, and competitive landscape.
• Implement best practices to ensure maximum campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SEM/PPC campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, keyword tools, and analytics platforms.
• Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Understanding of digital marketing funnels and lead-generation strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
