E-Commerce Manager

We are looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Operations & Project Manager who will act as the central coordinator between all teams — listing, creative, ads agency, farm/dispatch, amazon, and vendors.

Your primary responsibility is to ensure timely execution, enforce follow-ups, maintain quality control, and free the founder from daily operational load.

You are the person who ensures “nothing falls through the cracks.”

1. Project & Task Management:

• Convert founder’s priorities into clear, actionable tasks for each team.
• Maintain daily/weekly dashboards and trackers (Asana/Notion/Sheets).
• Ensure all teams operate with timelines and deliverables.
• Escalate ONLY when something genuinely requires the founder’s attention.

2. Creative & Photoshoot Coordination

• Prepare creative briefs and share them with the design agency.
• Ensure creatives meet guidelines and branding before final approval.
• Manage photoshoot teams — be physically present when required.
• Ensure all shoots are completed within agreed timelines (no delays).

3. Amazon Listing Operations

• Work with the listing team to ensure listings are accurate, optimized, and error-free.
• Do first-level QC before sending final versions to the founder.
• Coordinate with Amazon Seller Support for issue resolution.
• Track new listing creation, updates, and uploads.

4. Vendor & Agency Co-ordination

• Manage communication with ad agencies, freelancers, suppliers, etc.
• Keep follow-ups tight and ensure deliverables meet deadlines.
• Maintain accountability and performance tracking for each vendor.

5. Warehouse team Support

• Handle basic troubleshooting escalations (PDF issues, printer, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Ensure dispatch accuracy, packaging SOPs, and timely shipments.
• Track daily order scheduling and coordinate with the intern.

6. Documentation and Process Building

• Create SOPs for repetitive tasks.
• Build checklists, templates, and systems to reduce operational errors.
• Maintain a structured shared folder for creatives, listings, shoot assets, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
