1. E-commerce Strategy:
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform business decisions.
2. Online Sales:
- Identify opportunities to increase online sales through various channels (e.g., website, social media, email marketing).
- Develop and execute plans to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions.
3. Digital Marketing:
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams to develop and execute online marketing campaigns.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future marketing decisions.
4. Customer Engagement:
- Develop strategies to improve customer engagement and retention through personalized communication and offers.
- Analyze customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
1. 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and analytics tools.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong communication and project management skills.
1. Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
2. Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
3. Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
