Reports To: E-Commerce Manager / Head of Operations

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our presence on online marketplaces like Myntra, Flipkart, and Ajio. The ideal candidate will have a strong command over product listing, advertising, discount strategies, inventory management, order processing, sales analysis, payment reconciliation, and will focus on driving brand growth through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Listing & Catalog Management
• Upload and manage product listings on Myntra, Flipkart, and Ajio.
• Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and SEO-friendly content.
• Advertising & Promotions
• Plan and execute online ad campaigns and discount strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
• Inventory & Order Management
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Ensure smooth order processing, tracking, and timely dispatch.
• Sales & Performance Analysis
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and identify growth opportunities.
• Suggest strategies to improve revenue and reduce operational costs.
• Payment Reconciliation
• Verify payment reports from marketplaces and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with finance teams for timely settlements.
• Brand Growth & Marketplace Relationship
• Implement strategies to improve brand visibility and ranking.
• Build strong relationships with marketplace category managers for better support and promotions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing e-commerce operations on Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio (or similar platforms).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of advertising tools and platform policies.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
