E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily e-commerce operations, improving customer experience, driving online sales growth, and coordinating with marketing and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings on e-commerce websites and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart).
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
• Analyze sales performance data and generate reports to track KPIs like conversion rates, traffic, and revenue.
• Optimize product pages with SEO-friendly descriptions, images, and pricing strategies.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and campaigns.
• Track competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely shipment and order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and refunds.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience (1-3 years) in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail sales.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or Amazon Seller Central.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
