About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and result-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, optimizing content, coordinating with internal teams, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring smooth online operations across various marketplaces and the company’s website.
Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, company website, etc.).
Monitor daily online sales, analyze performance, and prepare reports.
Handle customer queries, reviews, and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
Plan and execute online campaigns, offers, and seasonal promotions.
Handle vendor co-ordination and fillings.
Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
