Deployed is a leading brand specializing in customized apparel, uniforms, and corporate merchandise. We work with top organizations and institutions across India. We are looking for a proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels effectively. Key Responsibilities: Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory updates across e-commerce platforms — Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and the company’s own website. Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images to improve visibility and sales conversion. Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for order processing, dispatch, and returns management. Monitor and analyze daily sales, traffic reports, and campaign performance across all platforms. Handle customer queries, feedback, and returns professionally and promptly. Execute and manage promotional campaigns, offers, and advertising strategies in collaboration with the marketing team. Ensure accurate SKU mapping, pricing, and inventory synchronization across platforms. Maintain brand presentation and consistency across all e-commerce listings. Generate and share weekly and monthly performance reports with management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management. Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, and Shopify or similar CMS tools. Excellent in Excel, analytics, and catalog management. Good understanding of online marketing, SEO keywords, and customer engagement strategies. Strong coordination and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple platforms and meet deadlines efficiently.
