Job Description

Aero Armour is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for our products and services. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to prospective customers, highlighting the benefits and features of Aero Armour's products and services. Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company. Sales Pipeline: Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and update the sales management system with accurate data on leads and prospects. Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales effectively. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to tailor sales approaches. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, sales forecasts, and other relevant documentation for management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Knowledge of the industry and products offered by Aero Armour is a plus.
