E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary: The Ecommerce Executive is responsible for managing and growing the company’s online sales channels. The role involves handling product listings, optimizing content, monitoring sales performance, coordinating with marketplaces, and ensuring smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations. --- Key Responsibilities: Manage product listings on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, etc.) and company’s own website. Upload, update, and optimize product content (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, keywords). Monitor daily sales, stock levels, returns, and order fulfillment. Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth operations. Track competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends to improve performance. Execute online campaigns, discounts, and promotional strategies to boost sales. Analyze sales reports and prepare MIS for management. Respond to customer queries, feedback, and reviews on e-commerce platforms. Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and company policies. Work closely with digital marketing teams for SEO, paid ads, and traffic generation. --- Key Skills & Competencies: Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.). Strong skills in Excel & reporting. Understanding of SEO, keywords, and digital marketing basics. Good communication and coordination skills. Problem-solving and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and analytical mindset. --- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations/online sales. (Freshers with relevant skills may apply).

Pay: ₹10,007.01 - ₹30,014.00 per month
