E-Commerce Executive

Job Description: E-Commerce Expert

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive with hands-on experience managing product listings, operations, and growth strategies on multiple e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, Etsy, Blinkit, WoodenStreet, Pepperfry, and Shoppers Stop. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maximizing product visibility, optimizing listings, and driving marketplace sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end product listings across multiple online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, Etsy, etc.)
• Ensure accurate, compelling, and SEO-optimized product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
• Monitor daily sales, orders, and stock status; coordinate with the warehouse and logistics for smooth order fulfillment.
• Handle marketplace panels (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.) for order processing, inventory sync, and pricing updates.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, Lightning Deals, and coupons in coordination with the marketing team.
• Track and analyze performance metrics (CTR, conversion rate, returns, ad performance) for all platforms.
• Resolve customer queries, negative reviews, and return/refund escalations with a professional approach.
• Coordinate with account managers from marketplaces for growth opportunities and advertising support.
• Manage marketplace advertising campaigns and sponsored listings for increased visibility and sales.
• Regularly audit listings and competitor activity to suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce operations on leading marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of product listing optimization, SEO for marketplaces, and inventory control.
• Familiarity with seller panels like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Etsy Shop Manager, etc.
• Experience working with lifestyle/wellness/home or electronics categories is a plus.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
