Job Description

Objective Drive online sales, improve customer experience, and strengthen Nymi Store’s position as a premium multi-brand Indian fashion destination. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Revenue Growth Convert daily inbound leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, website chat, and email. Assist customers with saree selection, sizing, styling, ordering, and checkout. Maintain high conversion rates by proactive follow-ups and personalized recommendations. Track AOV, cart abandonment, and sales pipeline; suggest actions to improve revenue. 2. Customer Interaction & Service Respond to customer queries quickly and accurately across all channels. Become familiar with premium Indian fashion (sarees, Indo-western, gowns, accessories) and guide customers accordingly. Manage order confirmations, payment support, exchange inquiries, and post-purchase communication. Ensure a smooth and luxurious shopping experience aligned with Nymi’s brand tone. 3. Catalog & Product Knowledge Understand ongoing collections: Varuni Couture, Bada Boota, Finesse Couture, bridal wear, sustainable brands, etc. Monitor product availability, pricing changes, offers, and brand updates. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve product information gaps. 4. Marketing & Growth Support Collaborate with the social media team for story posts, highlight updates, and campaign pushes. Provide insights on trending styles, bestsellers, customer preferences, and popular price points. Suggest improvements for ads, landing pages, and influencer-driven traffic. 5. Operations & Coordination Coordinate with the warehouse and brand partners for order dispatch. Keep customers updated on shipping timelines, tracking, delays, and returns. Maintain accurate records in Shopify, CRM, and daily sales sheets. Skills & Requirements Experience in eCommerce sales, luxury retail, or fashion brands (1–3 years preferred). Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. High responsiveness and ability to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously. Familiarity with Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Shopify, and CRM tools. Fashion sense and understanding of premium Indian ethnic wear. Ability to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
