E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for product listing, catalog management, online promotions, ads management, sales reporting, and ensuring a seamless customer experience on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Snapdeal and our own website. Key Responsibilities Product Listing & Catalog Management Create, update, and optimize product listings (title, description, keywords, images, pricing). Ensure accuracy of product information and compliance with marketplace guidelines. Marketplace Management Manage daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms. Monitor stock, pricing, promotions, and discounts. Digital Marketing & Ads Plan and execute sponsored ads, campaigns, and promotions on marketplaces. Track ROI, ACOS, CTR, and conversion rates to optimize campaigns. Sales & Performance Analysis Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports. Analyze sales data, competitor performance, and suggest strategies to improve sales. Customer Experience Handle queries, returns, and complaints with customer support teams. Monitor product ratings & reviews to improve brand reputation. Coordination Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment. Work with the design/marketing team for creatives and promotions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce operations (Amazon/Flipkart preferred). Strong knowledge of Excel, MS Office, and marketplace dashboards. Familiarity with SEO, PPC ads, and digital marketing tools. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills. Good communication & coordination skills. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub. Knowledge of inventory management and order processing systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
