E-Commerce Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

Product Listing & Catalog Management

• Create, manage, and update product listings on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partners Portal, Meesho Supplier Panel, and the company’s Shopify/WooCommerce website.
• Optimize titles, descriptions, keywords, attributes, and A+ content for better visibility.
• Upload product images, videos, size charts, and ensure listing compliance with platform guidelines.

E-Commerce Operations

• Monitor product visibility, Buy Box, pricing, and promotions across platforms.
• Handle daily order processing, inventory updates, stock sync, and timely dispatch coordination.
• Manage order cancellations, returns, and replacements with marketplace teams.
• Track FBA/Smart Fulfillment/Flipkart Fulfilled inventory where applicable.

Marketing & Growth

• Coordinate marketplace campaign participation:

Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart PLA Ads, Myntra Ads, and platform promotional events.

• Work with the marketing team to improve product SEO and organic ranking.
• Monitor competitor listings, pricing strategies, and category trends.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, advertising performance analysis, and ROI tracking.
• Analyze product performance, CTR, conversion rates, and propose improvements.

Customer Support Coordination

• Handle customer messages, queries, reviews, and feedback on all platforms.
• Work with the support team to resolve complaints, negative reviews, or late deliveries.

Key Skills Required

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, Meesho Panel, Shopify, WooCommerce.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Reporting).
• Understanding of SEO, marketplace ads, keyword research, campaign optimization.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
