Job Description

Job Title: E-commerce Executive Location: Saroli, Surat Experience: 1–3 years (preferred) Industry: Fashion / Lifestyle / Retail / E-commerce Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain product listings on Meesho, Flipkart, Myntra and other online platforms. Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and SEO keywords. Handle wrong return claims and coordinate with marketplace support to resolve disputes. Monitor order fulfillment, cancellations, and returns. Analyze platform dashboards to ensure compliance with marketplace standards. Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to avoid stock-out or overstock situations. Ensure timely updates for out-of-stock or newly launched products. Track return patterns and report issues to reduce wrong returns and RTOs. Maintain ratings and seller performance metrics across platforms. Requirements:Proven hands-on experience with Meesho, Flipkart, and Myntra seller panels. Strong knowledge of cataloging, return handling, and marketplace policies. Ability to troubleshoot return issues and raise tickets with the support teams. Good Excel and basic data handling skills. Strong communication and coordination abilities. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong command of written English for accurate product descriptions and communication. Proficient in Microsoft Excel – VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas. Familiarity with marketplace guidelines and policies.
