Key Responsibilities: Conduct nutritional analysis and provide accurate nutritional labeling for products. Advise on food preservatives, carbonation, and shelf-life improvement techniques. Ensure compliance with FSSAI and other food safety regulations . Develop and monitor HACCP, GMP, and factory hygiene practices . Test raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products for quality parameters. Work with the R&D team to improve formulations, taste, and stability.
