Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The role involves handling product listings, optimizing content, managing marketplaces/website, running promotions, analyzing sales data, and ensuring smooth order processing to enhance the overall customer experience. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Manage product listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, website, etc.). • Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images to improve visibility and conversions. • Coordinate with marketing teams to run online campaigns, offers, and promotions. • Monitor inventory levels, pricing strategies, and competitor activities. • Handle order processing, returns, and ensure timely dispatch. • Analyze sales performance, generate reports, and suggest strategies for growth. • Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve queries and maintain high ratings. • Identify new marketplaces, digital opportunities, and partnerships. ⸻ Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations (marketplaces or D2C website). • Strong understanding of online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and digital trends. • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic data analysis. • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, digital marketing, or paid ads is a plus. ⸻ Preferred Skills: • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar platforms. • Experience with marketplace seller panels (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.). • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, Chat GPT Ke through products ke image AI Mein convert karna he  Job timing 10 am to 9 pm . In a month 2 Sunday holiday .
