Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage day-to-day operations on our online platforms. The role primarily includes order processing, creating and optimizing product listings, and ensuring smooth coordination between logistics, inventory, and customer service. Key Responsibilities:🛒 Order Processing:Monitor and manage incoming online orders across all platforms (e.g., website, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely dispatch and delivery Ensure accurate order tracking and timely updates Handle order cancellations, returns, and exchanges efficiently Resolve order-related customer queries in coordination with the support team 📝 New Listings: Create and upload new product listings with accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and metadata Coordinate with design/photography teams for quality product images Ensure listings are SEO-friendly and compliant with platform guidelines Regularly audit existing listings for completeness and accuracy 📈 Optimization: Update and optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords to improve search rankings and conversions Analyze platform analytics and sales reports to identify performance trends Suggest and implement changes for improving visibility and sales Work with the marketing team on promotions, ads, and campaigns
