Job Description

Position Title: E-commerce Executive Years of Experience: 1+ Years Work Model: Work From Office Location: Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra Industry: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the camera, photography, or video industry Key Responsibilities: Catalogue Management: Maintain and update product catalogs, ensuring accurate descriptions, specifications, and images for our diverse range of products. Product Listing: Create and optimize product listings on various eCommerce platforms, including Amazon and Flipkart, to enhance visibility and drive sales. Account Handling: Manage day-to-day operations of our Amazon and Flipkart accounts, including inventory management, pricing strategy, and performance tracking. Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for improvement. Customer Interaction: Address customer inquiries and feedback related to product listings and orders to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1+ years of hands-on experience in eCommerce cataloging, product listing, and account management, preferably in the camera, photography, or video industry. Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, especially Amazon and Flipkart. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
