We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Ecommerce Manager to oversee and grow our online sales across leading marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, Snapdeal and other ecommerce platforms. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in marketplace management along with working knowledge of social media marketing to drive visibility, traffic, and revenue growth.
The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for daily operational management of marketplace accounts, product listing optimization, pricing strategies, order management, inventory coordination, and performance analysis. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create innovative digital growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end to end operations for Amazon, Flipkart, and other ecommerce portals, ensuring smooth listing, order processing, and timely fulfillment.
Create, optimize, and update product listings with high quality content, keywords, images, and SEO based descriptions to increase ranking and visibility.
Monitor marketplace policies and ensure all listings are compliant with platform guidelines.
Handle catalog management, inventory updates, stock forecasting, and coordination with warehouse teams.
Develop pricing strategies, promotional offers, deals, and campaigns to drive sales.
Track daily sales performance, analyze competitor activity, and use data driven insights to increase profitability.
Manage advertising tools such as Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, and other marketplace ad platforms.
Coordinate with customer support to ensure timely resolution of customer queries, returns, and feedback.
Maintain strong relationships with platform account managers to leverage promotional opportunities.
Conduct regular audit of listings, product performance, conversion rate, and operational metrics.
Utilize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube) to promote products, run ads, and increase organic and paid reach.
Assist in creating digital marketing strategies, including content planning, basic graphics, and campaign execution.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports on sales, ads, inventory, and marketplace performance.
Stay updated with new marketplace features, policies, trends, and ecommerce best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in managing Amazon and Flipkart Seller accounts (minimum 2 years).
Strong knowledge of online marketplaces, listing optimization, inventory management, and ecommerce operations.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
Understanding of basic digital marketing, social media promotions, and paid ad campaigns.
Good knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and digital content creation.
Strong Excel, reporting, and analytical abilities.
good communication, problem solving, and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple portals and meet sales targets within deadlines.
