E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our

online jewellery business. The role involves handling product listings, online sales, website

management, marketplace operations, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage and update product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, stock) on e-commerce

platforms (company website, marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy, etc.).

 Coordinate jewellery photoshoots and ensure high-quality images and descriptions for

online catalogues.

 Monitor inventory and update stock availability across platforms.

 Handle order processing, tracking, packaging coordination, and timely dispatch.

 Manage customer queries, complaints, and returns to ensure excellent service.

 Plan and execute online sales campaigns, offers, and festive promotions.

 Optimize product listings for SEO and better visibility.

 Monitor website/marketplace analytics, generate sales reports, and suggest strategies to

increase online sales.

 Stay updated with jewellery industry trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.

 Collaborate with digital marketing & social media teams for product promotions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.

 Prior experience as an E-commerce Executive/Coordinator, preferably in the jewellery or

fashion industry.

 Strong knowledge of online marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, and order management

systems.

 Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and product optimization.

 Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data management and reporting.

 Good communication and problem-solving skills.

 Attention to detail with an eye for product presentation (jewellery aesthetics).

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

 Experience with ALibaba, etsy, ebay, shopify

 Knowledge of jewellery product categories, certifications, and international shipping.

 Familiarity with online ad campaigns and promotions.
