E-Commerce Executive

Job Title: Ecommerce Executive Location: Gurugram Job Type: Full-time Experience: 2-3 years (preferred) Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to manage our operations across multiple marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and others. Ans also good knowledge of quick commerce Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggi Instamart and Big basket. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with order processing, listing management, A+ content Brand Store managing and platform-specific tools and dashboards on all platforms. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations across ecommerce marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and others. Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate content, images, and keywords. Handle order processing, invoicing, and dispatch coordination to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. And managing LDR and ODR rate. Monitor and update inventory across platforms to avoid stockouts or overstocking. Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment and returns handling. Analyze marketplace data (sales, returns, ratings, etc.) to improve listings and increase sales. Maintain strong relationships with team and follow the instruction. Resolve issues related to orders, listings, returns, and penalties in a timely and professional manner. Keep up to date with marketplace policies, trends, and competitor activity. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field. 2-3 years of experience managing marketplace portals E-commerce and Quick Commerce both like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Pepperfry, Nykaa, Ajio, Blinkit, Zepto, Big Basket and etc. Strong knowledge of product listing, cataloging, and order management systems. Proficiency in Excel and ecommerce dashboards. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail. Preferred Skills: Good knowledge of english Knowledge of SEO for product listings and basic advertising campaigns. Familiarity with marketplace reports and analytics tools

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,358.50 per month
