Key Responsibilities
· Manage product listings, catalogs, descriptions, pricing, and inventory on e-commerce portals.
· Optimize listings using SEO techniques, A+ content, and keyword strategy.
· Coordinate with internal teams for stock updates, new product launches, and pricing strategy.
· Monitor daily sales and performance reports from e-commerce dashboards and analytics tools.
· Handle customer queries, reviews, returns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
· Maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers.
· Ensure smooth order processing, dispatch, and timely delivery.
· Track competitors and stay updated on market trends and platform policy changes.
· Generate weekly/monthly sales reports and suggest improvements for conversion rate and sales performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
· 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online retail sales.
· Knowledge of various e-commerce platforms.
· Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Analytics and advertising dashboards.
· Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
· Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work under deadlines.
