Job Description

. Key Responsibilities Website Management: * Uploading and updating product information, including descriptions, images, and pricing. Managing product categories and ensuring the website is easy to navigate. Monitoring website performance and making sure it's running smoothly. Sales and Marketing: Developing and executing online marketing campaigns (e.g., email marketing, social media ads). Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities. Managing search engine optimization (SEO) to improve website visibility. Creating promotional offers and discounts. Order Fulfillment: Processing and tracking customer orders. Coordinating with logistics partners for timely deliveries. Managing returns, refunds, and exchanges. Customer Service: Handling customer inquiries and complaints via email, phone, or chat. Ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships. Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels and placing orders for new inventory. Preventing stockouts and overstock situations. Required Skills and Qualifications Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is often preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce. Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp) is essential. Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also critical. Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or in online retail is a significant advantage.
