Job Description

Assist customers
with inquiries, product details, order-related concerns, refunds, and returns.
Handle customer calls
with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a high level of service.
Support e-commerce operations
by troubleshooting order processing issues and providing solutions.
Use MS Office and Google tools
to document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Work collaboratively
with team members to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
Apply analytical and logical reasoning
to identify problems and propose solutions to vendors and suppliers.

Job Requirements

To excel in this customer service representative role, you should have:

Minimum Education
: Graduate degree in any discipline.
Experience
: Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience are welcome to apply for the role.
Communication Skills
: Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi or Bengali.
E-commerce Knowledge:
E-commerce experience and knowledge will be an additional advantage.
Technical Skills
: Basic proficiency in MS Office, Google Spreadsheets, and documents.
