E-Commerce Catalog Manager

The Ecommerce Catalogue Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the product listings, descriptions, images, and overall online catalog structure across various ecommerce platforms. This role ensures that the product information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for user experience, search engines, and conversion rates. The Ecommerce Catalogue Manager will work closely with various teams such as marketing, merchandising, content, and customer service to ensure a seamless and effective online shopping experience for customers. 1 ) Ensure product listings are accurate, consistent, and up-to-date, including descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and availability. 2) Manage the categorization, tagging, and classification of products to ensure easy navigation and searchability for customers. 3) Vendor Managment - to onboard new brand in the multiple category. Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels are reflected in the product catalog. Monitor stock availability and update listings accordingly to prevent overselling or out-of-stock issues. Ensure discontinued or out-of-stock products are properly marked or removed from the catalog. Data Analysis & Reporting: Track the performance of product listings, including sales, views, and conversions. Provide regular reports on catalog performance, identifying trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas needing attention. Analyze and report on catalog health, ensuring key metrics such as listing accuracy, SEO rankings, and conversion rates are optimized.
