E-Commerce Associate

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for e-commerce and customer satisfaction? We’re looking for a proactive E-commerce Associate to join our growing mobile case brand. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic online retail environment and is eager to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and results.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Experience

• Handle customer queries and complaints via chat, email, and social platforms
• Manage returns, refunds, and order tracking
• Ensure a smooth, positive post-purchase experience

Ads & Campaigns

• Assist in planning and executing paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
• Monitor performance and optimize creatives, audience, and spend using AI tools
• Collaborate on content strategies to boost sales and engagement

Inventory & Supplier Coordination

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking
• Ensure accurate product listings and pricing across all platforms
• Liaise with warehouses or fulfillment partners for timely delivery

AI & Automation

• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AdCreative.ai, Canva AI) to:
• Generate product descriptions, emails, and ad creatives
• Automate customer support replies and ticket routing
• Forecast inventory needs and ad performance
• Identify and implement new AI solutions to streamline e-commerce workflows

What We're Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, customer service, or digital marketing
• Strong written communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite
• Experience using or willingness to learn AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, ad automation platforms)
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
