E-Commerce Associate

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated E-commerce Listing Executive to manage and optimize our Etsy and eBay store listings on a regular basis. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate, appealing, and SEO-friendly listings to drive traffic and sales. This role requires someone organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with the unique requirements of these platforms.

Key Responsibilities:Product Listing Management:

• Create, update, and optimize product listings on Etsy and eBay with accurate descriptions, prices, and specifications.
• Upload high-quality images that align with the brand’s aesthetic and platform guidelines.
• Ensure all listings comply with platform policies and are well-categorized for customer searchability.

SEO Optimization:

• Research relevant keywords to improve product visibility on Etsy and eBay.
• Write compelling, SEO-friendly titles and descriptions tailored to each platform’s audience.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor stock levels and update listings to reflect current availability.
• Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure timely updates and avoid overselling.

Order Management:

• Assisted in processing orders and ensuring accurate tracking information was updated for customers.
• Resolve any issues related to orders, including returns, cancellations, and customer queries.

Performance Tracking:

• Analyze listing performance using platform analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on sales trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent branding across listings.
• Stay updated on Etsy and eBay trends and implement strategies to improve the store’s performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing Etsy or eBay stores (1–2 years preferred).
• Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and platform-specific requirements.
• Strong writing skills for crafting engaging and accurate product descriptions.
• Familiarity with SEO techniques for e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with e-commerce management tools.
