The ideal candidate will ensure accurate, appealing, and SEO-friendly listings to drive traffic and sales. Key Responsibilities:Product Listing Management: Create, update, and optimize product listings on Etsy and eBay with accurate descriptions, prices, and specifications. Upload high-quality images that align with the brand’s aesthetic and platform guidelines. Ensure all listings comply with platform policies and are well-categorized for customer searchability. SEO Optimization: Research relevant keywords to improve product visibility on Etsy and eBay. Write compelling, SEO-friendly titles and descriptions tailored to each platform’s audience. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and update listings to reflect current availability. Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure timely updates and avoid overselling. Order Management: Assisted in processing orders and ensuring accurate tracking information was updated for customers. Resolve any issues related to orders, including returns, cancellations, and customer queries. Performance Tracking: Analyze listing performance using platform analytics to identify opportunities for improvement. Prepare regular reports on sales trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent branding across listings. Stay updated on Etsy and eBay trends and implement strategies to improve the store’s performance. Qualifications: Proven experience managing Etsy or eBay stores (1–2 years preferred). Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and platform-specific requirements. Strong writing skills for crafting engaging and accurate product descriptions. Familiarity with SEO techniques for e-commerce platforms. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with e-commerce management tools.
