E-Commerce Associate

The Paizley Design Studio is an upcoming and innovative business Start-Up situated in Lucknow, U.P., India, with a vision to create a significant impact in the fashion and lifestyle sector. You will be responsible for managing online product listings, processing customer orders, handling inventory, coordinating with suppliers, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery as an E-Commerce Associate based in Mumbai. Additionally, analyzing sales data, updating product information, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues to improve the customer experience are also part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have experience in managing online product listings and inventory, proficiency in order processing and supplier coordination, skills in tracking shipments and ensuring timely delivery, the ability to analyze sales data and update product information, customer service skills for handling inquiries and resolving issues, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. As a Graduate with at least 1 year of experience in E-commerce, product listing/catalog management, and MS Excel, you are the ideal candidate. Fluency in English is required for this role. Your monthly salary will range from 10,000.00 to 12,000.00 with the potential for a performance bonus.
