Job Title: E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist Experience Required: 2 – 3 years Location: Kolkata Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in managing marketplace listings (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and a strong grasp of digital advertising on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google platforms. The ideal candidate will also have a flair for content planning, performance marketing, and team management to drive business growth across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: E-Commerce Marketplace ManagementCreate, manage, and optimize product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other platforms.Monitor and improve search rankings, conversions, and product visibility.Coordinate with platforms for deals, promotions, and ad campaigns.Analyze sales data and adjust strategies to meet revenue and ROI targets.Experience to manage Amazon Ads and other marketplaces ads. Digital Marketing (Meta & Google Ads)Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.Monitor ad performance, generate reports, and drive continuous improvement in ROAS and CAC.Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad creatives, videos, and landing pages.Basic knowledge on SEO Content Calendar & StrategyBuild and maintain monthly content calendars for social media and paid promotions.Align content with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand tone.Work closely with design and content teams to ensure timely execution. Team Management & CoordinationLead and manage junior team members and cross-functional collaborators.Ensure timely execution of digital campaigns, creative assets, and e-commerce updates.Maintain weekly reporting and performance review rhythm with key stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.2–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce marketplace management and digital marketing.Proficiency in tools like Amazon Seller Central, Myntra Partners, Flipkart Seller Hub.Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills. Preferred Skills: Basic knowledge of SEO, Canva or Adobe Suite, and CRM tools.Experience in managing creative and influencer teams is a plus.Proven track record in scaling D2C or FMCG/e-retail brands is desirable.
