E-Commerce Account Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all Amazon-related activities, including managing Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.
• Listing Optimization: Create, optimize, and manage product listings to improve visibility, rankings, and conversion rates. Ensure that all product listings are compliant with Amazon’s guidelines.
• Advertising & Promotions: Develop and execute Amazon Advertising (PPC) campaigns, Sponsored Product Ads, and other promotional strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels, manage FBA shipments, and coordinate with internal teams to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer reviews. Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the marketplace. Adjust strategies accordingly to stay ahead of competitors.
• Customer Service: Oversee and manage customer reviews, ratings, and feedback on Amazon, ensuring a positive customer experience and prompt resolution of any issues.
• Policy Compliance: Stay updated on Amazon’s policies, terms of service, and changes in algorithms to ensure full compliance and avoid account suspensions or penalties.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to align Amazon strategies with broader business goals.

Eligibility Criteria:

• The candidate must have pursued/ be pursuing BBA/MBA/B.Com/PGDMBCA/BE/MCA/MBDA or any other relevant qualification.
• Male candidates preferred, primarily for night (rotational) shifts.
• Prior experience in E-Commerce account handling.
• He should possess sound knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Email correspondence.
• Fluency in English communication would be considered a major plus point.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and result-oriented skills would be looked upon

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹26,000.00 per month
