Dynatrace engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dynatrace Engineer with strong coding capabilities particularly in Terraform to join our observability and infrastructure automation team The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing configuring and maintaining Dynatrace monitoring solutions across cloud and on prem environments while also contributing to infrastructure as code IaC initiativesKey ResponsibilitiesDesign deploy and manage Dynatrace monitoring solutions for applications services and infrastructureDevelop and maintain Terraform modules to automate Dynatrace configuration and integrationCollaborate with DevOps Cloud and Application teams to ensure observability best practicesCreate custom dashboards alerts and synthetic tests in DynatraceIntegrate Dynatrace with CI CD pipelines and other monitoring toolsAnalyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve system reliability and efficiencyMaintain documentation for monitoring configurations and automation scriptsParticipate in incident response and root cause analysis using Dynatrace data

Required Skills And Qualifications

Proven experience with Dynatrace in enterprise environmentsProficiency in Terraform and infrastructure as code principlesStrong scripting coding skills in Python PowerShell Bash or similarExperience with cloud platforms AWS Azure GCPFamiliarity with CI CD tools e g Jenkins GitHub ActionsUnderstanding of APM infrastructure monitoring and log analyticsExcellent problem solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Dynatrace certification s e g Professional or AssociateExperience with Kubernetes Docker and microservices monitoringKnowledge of configuration management tools e g Ansible ChefExposure to ITIL practices and SRE principles
