We are seeking a dedicated IT Infrastructure Specialist/Engineer to manage and maintain our organizations IT infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hardware, software, and network components. You will collaborate closely with other IT teams and departments to support and enhance our IT infrastructure to meet business needs and objectives.

Qualification:

Essential - BCA / BE, Degree / Diploma in computer sciences or Information technology, MCA / M Tech Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma from a Recognized Institute

Experience:

Around 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure & Networks function preferably in the Manufacturing sector with minimum 500 and above workforce.

Position Description: The role is supposed to maintain and update the IT infrastructure, IT assets and related software.

Ensures speedy resolution of all IT related (except ERP) issues.

Oversees aspects of IT Asset management such as - AMC/Licensing/Maintenance etc.

Responsible for server management

Carry out back up (Manual and automated) for users at corporate.

Provides technical specifications for IT purchase.

Enable implementation of various improvement initiatives in plant for better IT infrastructure

Responsible for LAN/WAN/other networks uptime and smooth running at desired specifications with regular maintenance.
