Job Description

Qualification: BE in Civil preferred, Experience: min 6 to 10 years of work experience in QS Planning activities from large Real estate developer / Construction company. Work location: Sion east in Mumbai Job Purpose: To assist in quantity estimation and surveying process with minimal planning management for all projects PRIMARY KPAs Vetting of all GFCs against BOQs received from Design Development Send validated BOQs to Procurement/contracting function for tendering acquisition Vetting of all running bills received from Project Manager against order for disbursement Reviewing and analyzing contract financial data for facilitating development proceedings Maintain individual project trackers and the overall status of the Operations cell Planning; scheduling and monitoring the working of the cell and informing all the team members of all pending tasks. Maintain tracker of individual team members to ensure the efficient running of the cell INTERFACE Design and Engineering - For GFCs and BOQ's Procurement - For order and amendments Accounts - For processing of payments Construction - For receipt clarifications on running bills Intra departmental coordination (coordination between the project department in a single format produced by the project team will be followed to ensure that there is no repetition of data and better communication) Skills: AutoCAD-ability to read drawings
