Inspect incoming machines and components for quality compliance.
Generate inspection reports and analyze defective items.
Work with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues.
Maintain quality records and follow up on corrective actions.
Have relevant experience in IQC, IPQC, OQC, SQE etc. Knowledge of QC/QA standards and inspection methods. inspect, test, or measure materials, products, and devices to ensure they meet specifications.
Use and operate measuring instruments experience (such as CMM or micrometer, etc.) to measure product dimensions to meet specifications.
Proficient in reading mechanical drawings and using Excel for reporting.
Ability to read drawings and process quality abnormality tracking and improvement
Familiar with seven quality technologies and six sigma management key points.
Matters assigned by the supervisor
Priority is given to candidates with knowledge of QA (8D methodology,Kaizen, 7 QC Tools, Basic measurement tool operation)
Good project planning and coordination skills.
Understanding of technical drawings, tolerances, materials, and mechanical processing processes.
Proficiency in measurement tools,blueprint reading, quality control, safety protocols.
Teamwork communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, time management.
