Inspect incoming machines and components for quality compliance.
Generate inspection reports and analyze defective items.
Work with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues.
Maintain quality records and follow up on corrective actions.
Experience in PLC and human-machine interface (HMI) programming, modification, and maintenance.
Ability to read electrical drawings and independently troubleshoot basic wiring issues.
Familiarity with mainstream PLC systems (e.g., Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta, Schneider), and experience independently writing and debugging programs.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, tolerance requirements, and use and operate measuring instruments and Excel for reporting, as well as track and improve process quality anomalies.
Familiar with seven quality technologies and six sigma management key points.
Matters assigned by the supervisor.
Priority is given to candidates with knowledge of QA (8D methodology, Kaizen, 7 QC Tools, Basic measurement tool operation).
Experience as a production engineer (Machining, CNC, assembly, etc.) with equipment and fixtures in a production environment is recommended.
Good project planning and coordination skills.Understanding of technical drawings, tolerances, materials, and mechanical processing processes.
Proficiency in measurement tools,blueprint reading, quality control, safety protocols.
Teamwork communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, time management.
