BGA India statutory reporting
1Monthly statutory reporting & payments - CGI, EPF, ESIC, Gratuity, LWF sharing challans to finance for payment as per deadlines assigned with zero errors for all India locations.
2LCR Statutory compliance reporting - Monthly, quarterly, Annual as per LCR guidelines.
3Existing statutory reporting process trackers and record keeping methods & systems will be revived before finalizing the final rating for this objective"
CHR Operations

ETISAX, Safety & Actuarial Audits
Adhere with TISAX, Safety & Actuarial audit requirementsMaintain required infrastructure, process, systems and records to fulfill these audits requirements
FSupport activities Total Rewards
1Reconciliation of Budgeted figures with SAP & Pay Square Salary Masters.
2Support is preparing, checking and printing the increment letters and distribution and documentation of the same.
3Support activities - Manpower Trends/Analysis Reports for Business Presentations.
Should have MBA (HR) or other relevant educational background.
8+ years of relevant experience in Payroll & Statutory compliance
