Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Summary:

1) Implementing and Maintaining tech workflows and campaigns in Adobe V8.

2) Working closely with Marketing, Analytics and Operations teams to provide technical components needed for operations, implement new integrations, and propose optimal solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Implement new integrations.
  • Advise Ops developers on optimized way to handle/access data through FDA
  • Keep track of OOTB processes, alerts, anticipate and address failures, ensuring platform availability for operations
  • Address performance issues faced by operations team.
  • Troubleshoot platform errors/issues
  • Work with adobe support, dev teams to resolve any issues
  • Suggest and implement optimized data model
  • Create and manage technical workflows
  • Implement new product features and train the operations team on usage of those
  • Collaborate with central HQ hub team and stakeholders to understand requirements and implement new features and functionalities
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements (Data Governance)
  • Stay up-to-date with Adobe product roadmaps, releases, and best practices, applying knowledge to continuously improve the Adobe stack
  • Create workflows for email campaigns, create delivery templates and deploy emails


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe campaign classic in implementation/dev/devOps teams.
  • Understand the requirements from CRM team and transform them to technical requirements
  • Hands-on experience with ACC V8/V7 and understanding of V8/V7 architecture.
  • Able to create webapps/datacapture forms in ACC
  • Understanding of customer data management and data modeling
  • Experience with data integration and APIs
  • Proven track record of successfully maintaining large-scale Adobe projects
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Articulate and convey technical concepts to a mixed audience of technical and business teams
  • Adobe Certification is a plus
  • AEP, RT-CDP experience is a plus
  • Understanding of mid-sourcing and message center
