The Duty Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring high levels of customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with both team members and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in inventory management and operational reporting.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
