Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Duty Manager at The Raintree Hotels in Chennai. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, handling guest inquiries and complaints, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, and coordinating with other departments to guarantee a seamless guest experience.

• Experience in hospitality management, customer service, and guest relations
• Strong leadership, team management, and motivation skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to handle and resolve conflicts effectively
• Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance standards
• Proficiency in hotel management software and related tools
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
