Job Description

The Pllazio Hotel, Gurgaon is looking for Duty Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Oversee daily operations and manage staff, ensuring high-quality customer service
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
Train and mentor staff to ensure they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively
Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
Maintain accurate records and ensure all reports are submitted on time
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the business
Prepare work schedules and assign tasks to staff members
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
Attend meetings and provide reports to senior management
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
