Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Duty Manager located in Pune. The Duty Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth functioning of the establishment. Responsibilities include managing staff, handling guest inquiries and complaints, coordinating with different departments, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining operational standards. The Duty Manager will also manage reservations, oversee the hotel's financial transactions, and assist in event planning and execution.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of hotel management software and systems
• Ability to handle financial transactions and budgets
• Experience in hospitality management and operations
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus
