Role Description

This full-time, on-site Duty Manager role in Bengaluru involves overseeing daily operations of the hotel, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, responding to guest inquiries and complaints, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining compliance with hotel policies and standards. The Duty Manager will also be responsible for monitoring and improving efficiency, ensuring a smooth and pleasant guest experience.

• Knowledge of hotel operations and customer service principles
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Experience in hospitality management or a related field
