Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager located in Bikaner. The Duty Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows across departments. Responsibilities include supervising staff, resolving guest concerns, managing schedules, and upholding service quality standards. The role also involves ensuring all policies and safety procedures are followed, addressing emergencies, and reporting on operational metrics to the management team.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management, with the ability to supervise and motivate staff effectively
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills to manage guest needs and resolve concerns promptly
• Operational and organizational skills to oversee multiple tasks and maintain seamless hotel operations
• Experience in hospitality, including knowledge of safety procedures, front office, and guest services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and interact with guests
• Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality management role is highly advantageous
