Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Duty Manager at PVR Limited, located in Meerut. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the multiplex, ensuring high standards of customer service, maintaining safety protocols, and supervising staff. Additional duties include handling customer inquiries and complaints, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and customer relationship management
• Ability to supervise and manage staff effectively
• Proficiency in handling operational tasks and ensuring safety protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
