Job Description

We are looking for a Key Accounts Manager (Community Manager) with 6+ years of experience to join our Hyderabad team. The role involves managing key client relationships, driving account growth, ensuring community engagement, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts.

Act as the single point of contact for client needs, renewals, and escalations.

Drive upselling and cross-selling of services and office solutions.

Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and timely contract renewals.

Manage community activities: events, networking sessions, and engagement programs.

Onboard new members and integrate them into the iSprout community.

Collaborate with internal teams (operations, sales, marketing, events) for seamless service delivery.

Monitor client feedback, resolve issues, and propose service improvements.

Track KPIs: client retention, engagement, occupancy, and revenue growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Business/Management preferred).

Minimum 6 years of experience in account management / client servicing / community roles (coworking, real estate, or hospitality preferred).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Strong problem-solving and customer-centric mindset.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients.

Experience in organizing events or community engagement programs is a plus.
