Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage Front Office operations to meet service standards and hotel's strategic plan - Lead and motivate the Front Office team for operational excellence - Address guest concerns promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction - Manage check-in and check-out procedures smoothly - Optimize room inventory and occupancy rates - Coordinate with other departments for seamless guest experiences - Implement and maintain standard operating procedures - Conduct team meetings and training sessions for staff performance enhancement - Analyze operational data for improvement opportunities - Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols - Handle financial transactions and maintain accurate records Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality industry - Excellent proficiency in English (reading, writing, and oral) - Strong leadership and team management skills - Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - In-depth knowledge of Front Office operations and service standards - Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of hospitality industry best practices - Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages (preferred) In this role, you will need to possess strong leadership, interpersonal, and training skills.
