Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Duty Manager based in Mathura. The Duty Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing guest relations, handling complaints, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high service standards. The role requires coordinating with teams to address operational challenges and uphold the hotel's reputation for excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, staff management, and team coordination skills
• Customer service expertise, problem-solving capabilities, and excellent communication skills
• Experience in operations, compliance monitoring, and hospitality management
• Knowledge of safety protocols and environmental sustainability practices
• Proficiency in hotel management systems and relevant tools
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry is highly desirable
